LT2ESWTR PUBLISHED IN FEDERAL REGISTER
In today's Federal Register (Vol. 68, No. 154, page 47640), the proposed Long-term (2) Enhanced Surface Water Treatment Rule (LT2ESWTR) was formally proposed for public comment. The deadline for submitting public comments is November 10, 2003.
The proposed Stage 2 DBP Rule is expected to show up in the Federal Register in a week to ten days.
