Behind The Curtain Of Drinking Water

Member $195 / Non-member $295 This one day training is aimed at providing useful Technical Knowledge, in a Non-Technical Manner for customer service representatives, administration personnel, utility board member, city council member, & newcomer to the drinking water field. This program presents many topics in an easy to understand structure, & provides a format for student interaction. Some key components include: source of supply, treatment & distribution, regulations, real value & cost of drinking water, the drought, drinking water in life, take back the tap and future reality of drinking water (and more). The student will obtain a better understanding of the many facets of the drinking water field. The knowledge gained will boost personal confidence for decision making, addressing customer questions, &, a better ability to interact with other utility drinking water professionals. Earn up to 8 contact hours. This workshop is 7:30 am - 4:30 pm. Chet Auckly is the instructor.

Requests for refunds and transfers must be made in writing and are subject to the following conditions: Full refund of fee paid (minus 25% handling fee) will be issued for cancellations received more than 15 days prior to class start date. All fees are non-refundable thereafter. Transfers are based on availability. No transfer requests will be authorized if they are not received more than 15 days prior to class start date. A 100% refund or credit of your registration fee will be issued if a class is canceled by the Section.
