If you would like to be considered to present in a session
at the conference, you must submit a proposal by
Abstract Guidelines:
- Each presenter is allotted 30 minutes.
- All abstracts must be typewritten.
- The title should be brief, clearly indicating the nature of the proposed session.
- The Section must receive a description of the proposed session (minimum 100 word description).
- The Section must receive a Bio and/or Resume for each speaker.
- The use of company names and logos within a presentation must be kept to the introduction only and not used throughout the presentation.
- Presenters with proprietary interest of any kind agree not to advertise, promote, endorse or market their interest during their presentation at any time.
- The
Section must receive a copy of your presentation and handouts that will be
used during the presentation by

based on content submitted.

Please note: Speakers will receive complimentary registration for the day of their presentation only. Complimentary registration does not include meals, technical tours, or access to the Exhibit Hall. Full registration and/or conference event tickets may be purchased for an additional fee.
