Water Audit Validator Certificate

$2,000

Please bring a laptop computer loaded with Excel and the Free Water Audit Software version 5.0

Note:
This is an intermediate to advanced-level water loss workshop.  Experience using the AWWA M36 methodology with the Free Water Audit Software version 5.0 (downloadable at https://www.awwa.org/Professional-Development/Water-Loss-Control) is a strongly recommeded pre-requisite, and it is the individual's responsibility to ensure they are adequately familiar with basic water loss terms, the process of compiling an audit and these pre-requisite materials.

Class Description:
The Water Audit Validator course is a 2-day program designed to qualify individuals to perform Level 1 water audit validations in California.  Water audit validators examine water loss audit inputs to consider the water audit's accuracy and document the sources of uncertainty.  Per Senate Bill 555 urban retail water suppliers must submit validated distribution system water audits by October 1 each year.  Individuals who successfully complete this course and exam will receive a Water Audit validator certificate.  The certificate will be valid for 3 years.

This class is 8:00 am - 4:30 pm.

Reminder:
Lunch and breaks are on your own.
Dress in layers.

Parking:
Please park in the Event Parking Lot – Lot C.  This parking is located on the North side of Ashford Street before you enter Cucamonga Valley Water District.  The classroom is located on the first floor of the Frontier Project.  The Frontier Project is the building located on your right when you enter the gate.
