Objective:
To provide expertise and knowledge to aid personnel to develop, implement and sustain programs to continuously win the support of their customers.

Outline:
  • Identifying the real water-related concerns of the customer
  • The benefits to the customer when a Supervisor knows the productivity of their Employees
  • Developing and teaching Employees with the goals of the organization in mind
  • Monitoring and modifying Employee behavior to represent the best public image
  • Knowing the value and importance of persuasively engaging the customers
  • Establishing and coordinating the effectiveness of O&M programs with the customer concerns
  • Measuring the success of your programs
  • Properly planning for O&M program sustainability

  • Requests for transfers must be made in writing and are subject to the following conditions:  Transfers are based on availability.  No transfer requests will be authorized if they are not received more than 15 days prior to class start date.
  • A 100% refund or credit of your registration fee will be issued if a class is cancelled by the Section.
