Engineering Division

The Audit Committee will be responsible for recommending the hiring or termination of the audit firm, and the compensation to the audit firm. The Audit Committee must meet with the auditor to satisfy itself that the financial affairs of the Section are in order, must review the audit report, and must approve any non-audit services provided by the audit firm to the Section. The Audit Committee members are appointed by the Chair.
