  5. Determining what good/bad excavation, backfill and compaction activities
  6. Evaluating good/bad excavation, backfill and compaction activities
  7. What are good/bad construction inspection related issues
  8. Identifying safety/security in and around the work zone

Morgan, PE, has over 35 years of experience with water distribution systems.  He has designed, managed the construction/operation/maintenance of these vital system components with a number of agencies across the country.  He has developed and implemented training for operators for certification examinations as well as critical operation and maintenance programs.

A 100% refund or credit of your registration fee will be issued if a class is canceled by the Section.
