Description:
This webinar will look at techniques and methods of transferring knowledge to newer staff.  Experts predict that by 2050, approximately 20% of the United States' population will be 65 or older, compared to only 15% today.  This will be an issue for most water utilities.  We will also look at succession planning.  As older workers retire, more positions will need to be filled.  We will also briefly talk about the results of COVID, supply chain logistics and finding new staff.

This webinar is 12:15 pm - 4:15 pm on March 15.
Earn up to 4 contact hours (based on attendance).  Contact hours will be emailed to you within 30 days of receiving your class evaluation.
