Registration for webinars is a 2-step process.  Once you have registered here, please look for an email titled "Your Webinar Registration is Almost Complete" for the link to complete the registration process in Zoom.  After registering in Zoom, you will receive a confirmation email containing your unique link to the webinar.

During the webinar, please check the participant list to make sure your name appears.  Contact hours will only be issued to the names that appear on the participant list.

Refunds are not permitted within 15 days of the webinar.

Target Audience:
Anyone who meets customers including customer service representatives, conservation personnel, analysts, Supervisors and Managers.

Description:
This class highlights the importance of teamwork in delivering exceptional customer service to both internal and external clients.  Participants will explore the customer service cycle, the role of the Customer Service Representative (CSR), and common industry terms and processes.  Emphasis is placed on how technology enhances service efficiency, as well as the development of professionalism, positive attitude, and stress management - key traits for a successful CSR.

This webinar is 9:00 am - 3:00 pm on September 16.
Earn up to 6 contact hours (based on attendance).  Contact hours will be emailed to you within 30 days of receiving your class evaluation.

Refund Policy

Requests for refunds and transfers must be made in writing and are subject to the following conditions: Full refund of fee paid (minus 25% handling fee) will be issued for cancellations received more than 15 days prior to class start date. All fees are non-refundable thereafter. Transfers are based on availability. No transfer requests will be authorized if they are not received more than 15 days prior to class start date. A 100% refund or credit of your registration fee will be issued if a class is canceled by the Section.
