Exhibit Booth Registration
Exhibitor registration is a two step process. Both steps must be completed prior to booth confirmation.
Step 1: Reserve Your Booth
Log in to the Exhibitor Portal/Convention Force Link. If you are a new vendor and don't have an account, please click "Create Account" to set up an account. Returning vendors, if you need assistance logging in please contact rsimon@ca-nv-awwa.org. IMPORTANT: Review your company profile and ensure all details and information is up-to-date to ensure you receive important notices from CA-NV AWWA and American Exposition Services regarding the conference.
Step 2: Complete Registration & Submit Payment
Please complete the Exhibitor Registration Form and email it to Shobhana Chickarmane, Accounting/Registration Specialist or fax it to 909-291-2107 within 30 days of your reserving your booth (Step 1). If payment is not received within 30 days, your reservation will be canceled. Once payment is received, your booth will be confirmed and you will receive confirmation email.

Exhibit Personnel
Exhibitor Booth Registrations include (2) complimentary booth personnel. Additional booth personnel will be required to purchase exhibit personnel registration with a maximum of 4 booth personnel. This type of registration allows access to the exhibit hall and all technical sessions. Exhibit personnel rate is $299 for Members and $399 for non-members from now until the end of conference. We welcome additional personnel at regular attendee rates.
Exhibit Decorator Kit
After payment has been posted to the account, exhibitors will receive an email approximately two months prior to the event with Show Information including how to order electrical, chairs, etc. for your booth.
